On Tuesday, December 15, 2009, a ceremony was held in the B.P.I. Arena of Academia (Room 100) to celebrate the signing of National Letters of Intent by David Goldman and Melanie Williamson. A Letter of Intent is a memorandum of understanding between an NCAA Division I school and an athlete who agrees to accept a scholarship to that school. The letter is a requirement that ends the recruitment process. David signed his letter with Jacksonville University in Florida to play Lacrosse and Melanie signed with Wagner College in New York to play basketball.
